The dress came in EXACTLY how I customized it and it was absolutely beautiful.

Rated a 4 out of 5 stars because of the shipping. It took them 8-9 weeks from when I placed my order up through when I received my dress. It came stuffed in a bag not a box, nicely folded.

They're on Etsy as well & they advertise themselves as a women owned business from Bronx, NY but the dress was shipped from CA. The status of my dress through their website never updated. When I reached out to Bliss Gown, I always received a response from the same individual who said it was shipped. I had to email again to receive tracking information but it didn't reflect through my order so I started to question if it was a ligitimin company.

Alas, I received my dress and it was perfectly done. They customized it exactly as requested. Even though they fell short with shipping, I would order from them again, expecting not to see anything until 2 months later.
