What is your return policy?
All our dresses are made-to-order and non-refundable due to their custom nature. However, for standard-sized orders, we offer returns with a 35% restocking fee, excluding original and return shipping. Returns for custom-sized dresses are not accepted. Please ensure to double-check your measurements and color selection before placing your order. Note that minor alterations can be made for a perfect fit after receiving the dress.
You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. The item must be in good condition to receive a refund within 2-5 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they are not in good condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
For standard-sized orders, you may initiate an exchange process within 7 days of receiving the item, but only once. The item must be in good condition for us to process the exchange. If there is a price difference, we will refund the difference if it's lower. If it's higher, the customer will need to pay the difference. We are not responsible for lost or damaged exchanged items.
Can I cancel my order?
However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. When the sewing process begins, the material cannot be reused. Even after you place your order, you still have time to change your mind. Please see our cancellation policy below for more details.
• Within 12 hours of payment: 100% refund + shipping fee.
• Within 24 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
• Within 48 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.
• Over 48 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
